Regarding the video. It only implies that black American men go to brazil for P4P action. If you forward to 1:12 into the video, you'll notice they show a placed called "Meia Pataca". That venue is a known pro hooker hang out, and it is P4P only, much like the Del Ray in Costa Rica.

I am not sure those are cultured local women that black men are meeting Swag - I've pounded the streets hard in Rio in my days, and I've seen Ja Rule hitting on Pros on the beach, just like I once sat down to have a drink with a black-american VP of a fortune 100 company strictly in Rio for it's P4P scene.

As for the working girls, their quality varies as most places, but there are some absolute stunners. A European friend of mine was connected with some of the Terma owners in Rio and some of the girls he introduced me to were definitely 9's and 10's.

This, is exactly what I have seen too in Brazil. Ever since Rick Ross shot a video in Medellin, I have seen an increase of African-American cats in Medellin trying to do the same thing. Needless to say, every black American I saw walking the streets and roaming the clubs was with an obvious hooker. Of course, also being the poster child for a ghetto thug in a rap video.

In Colombia, unless you are a clean-cut, educated black man, who took the time to even bother learning basic manners in Spanish, you get no love from the white non-pro Colombianas. Those cats in Atlanta who walk around with suits, and have MBA degrees would clean-house in Colombia however.
