Ordered from the OPs link

Any other suggestions on how to take it with out making smoothies?

You can mix it with any kind of juice. Maybe a tropical fruit punch or something. Personally, I avoid sweetened drinks.

Yes. I still take ACV and I cook with it too. I like the way it flavors the veggies I cook with.

Btw, there's good news for you guys who are worried about how this green super food stuff tastes. The Garden of Life brand in the OP has a cocoa flavored one as well:

Also, the Amazing Grass one which is $25 for 30 servings has all types of flavors for their green super food supplement.

I picked up a couple just now at vitamin shoppe (the antioxidant berry flavor and the high energy one with yerba mate extract).

Alright just had it again but in a shake and it was way better (i.e. you cannot taste it). Made the following:

Ice, strawberries, blueberries, banana, peanut butter, protein powder, this stuff, greek yogurt. Pretty delicious actually.

I just had one with about 1oz AVC, 8oz raw pressed apple juice, and 3oz organic pomegranate juice. Knocked back a zinc/copper mix and fish oil as well.

Tomorrow morning, I'll have this for breakfast:

1 banana
handful of blueberries
handful of raspberries
coconut milk
almond butter with flax seed
ice
1 scoop RAW green energy stuff
1 scoop RAW Protein by the same company

I'm really happy with this stuff so far. Tastes fine with protein powder in a smoothie. Hoping it will help me cut back on my coffee/energy drink habit.

I've been taking this stuff for about 2 weeks in a protein shake at night. I can't say I have noticed any benefits. Is this really more suited for daytime use?

Have you noticed any difference in the way your body digests and passes food?

Have you noticed any fat loss?

What's the rest of your diet like?

I noticed a difference the first time I took it.

I've made a few drinks for my more health-conscious friends and they all say the same things: 1) it tastes "gross" 2) i am full of energy 3) i felt great the next morning.

However, I've taken this twice a day, nearly every day for over a month. I even put scoops in individual drug-style baggies and keep 'em in my bag if I know I'm not going to be home.

This morning my breakfast was:
almond milk
splash of pomegranate juice
1/2 banana (i ate the other half but didn't put it in the blender)
handful of blueberries
5 strawberries
almond butter with flax seed
ice
1 scoop RAW green energy stuff
1 scoop RAW Protein by the same company

If you can't tell, I love this stuff. If it makes a difference, the only liquids I drink are water, green tea, veggie/fruit juices with no sweeteners. Dairy is seldom a part of my diet. Bragg's ACV is a staple.

Menace, try making your drink in the morning. Whatever your morning beverage is, replace it with a RAW drink. Try this mix up:
0.5oz Braggs ACV if you've got it, and if you don't, get it!
8oz raw juice (you must avoid HFCS, artificial sweeteners) you can add honey or stevia or blue agave nectar to taste
3.5oz water
1 scoop RAW energy

shake it up, slug it back, it will still taste a bit grassy but you can take care of that with a little natural sweetener. i'm skipping the sweetener more and more these days.

I feel great.

Hmm. Ok. Let me try it with vegetable juice in the morning. I'm actually trying to gain weight.

http://greensplus.com/index.html/cPath/84_23_150 I recently got this from a local Whole Foods and have been very satisfied with it. It tastes terrible but it gives me a lot of energy and makes me feel great. I've tried the Amazing Foods and it wasn't bad, but this one gives me more energy. I'll try the garden of life one next. Has anyone tried the Garden of Life raw protein powder?
