Some members have expressed interest in this area of Miami, as the girls are usually younger, 18-23 range, but not easier in my opinion.

It's located on Grand Avenue, so when you take US-1 down you first go straight through the ghetto. DO NOT WALK DOWN THIS AREA AT NIGHT. I REPEAD DO NOT WALK THIS AREA AT NIGHT. Cab, do whatever it takes but I have had multiple friends, mugged, assaulted etc.
Anyways, once you get into the grove area, you'll notice it. Nice brick architecture/walkways/restaurants etc.
Dynamic:
Mostly Undergraduate girls, some Graduate girls, depending on the night, which I'll break down further. A lot of the undergraduate girls will have attitude, especially the hot ones, because they are iphoning attention whoring Miami sluts with tons of guys hitting them up. The key is to get them early in the semester when they haven't met many people, or find ones that AREN'T from Miami, thus born and raised with the entitlement issue.
The bars:

Sandbar: This place gets rowdy on thursdays. Thursday night is essentially the night most undergrad chicks go out. But they are tough on IDs here, so unless a 19 yr old has a good id, most of these girls will be 21. This place doesn't get good until around 12:30-1. But at this point its tough to get in. My recommendation is to post up early, monitor the talent that roles in, and go from there. A wingman is essential in this venue, as the cockblocking can get pretty bad (physical pull aways and i've even had girls push me physically after making out with their friends)
The dance floor is where its at. They take out a bunch of tables from the middle late night and the attention whores will be dancing on stage, on pillars, tables etc. Your best bet is to get them before they go up there, not after. There will be too many hungry frat boys going after it post stage.
Tavern: shittiest bar in miami. Dirty, grimy, but for some reason, attracts some of the hottest undergrads. Probably because of the cheap beer, and they are lax on ids. I've never really had luck here, but my wing has. But he's pretty good looking, looks young, like he could still be in undergrad. Social circle game is crucial here. I wouldn't recommend this place as its super small, and gets anchovie like packed late night.
Mr. Moes- this is another late night pull. Dance floor game crucial. Less attitude is received here than the other bars. It gets pretty packed as well, lines if you go too late, so get here or sandbar early and you'll be fine. Buy a girl a moose juice after you've layed the groundwork and you're golden. Giant sugary alcoholic drink that gets you FUCKED UP. Again: Dance floor game venue.
Greene Street- my go to spot whenever I go to the grove. This place has whiskey wednesday, 5 dollar johhny walker black believe it or not, and gets some serious talent. There are two bars, one inside which gets packed, and one outside that I recommend posting up at because you can see the street and other tables where the talent will sit. I've never foud a way to infiltrate the deep sets (4+) or more at the tables besides talking to one when she got up, but if you can, its definitely worth it. Was very close to pulling ONS here out of only 3 times I went, and made out with plenty of girls. You probably need some spanish here, as there have been times I've had to speak strictly spanish to communicate with these girls. But they are hot. A lot of mixed sets however.
Restaurants: Cheescake factory, but I hate chains, there is a taco stand right next to tavern that is legit late night drunk food that I fucking love. Ask for a torta carnita, its like 6 bucks and an enormous amount of food. Greene Street also has decent food, and there is a sushi place next to sandbar that is a decent date spot as well.
Fridays:
Go to Montys for happy hour. I have pulled legit talent from this venue. Order PK3s from Nicole. They will get you fucked up and taste amazing. In no time you'll be opening sets. Problem is in the beginning its mostly table game, and you don't want to be that guy jumping from table to table. So you have to post up at the bar or table, and wait till it gets thick and approach sets standing around. But i've also had some luck approaching tables if you're style is on point and you're not sweating balls (its hot as fuck there).
