Solid list. Nice work.
I'm a fan of Buenos Aires, and it's a good choice for the '09 list for sure, but I hope there are some new discoveries for 2010. I'm wondering about some other hot spots for the next round.
Speaking of... has anyone been to South Africa? I think I heard that Cape Town is supposed to be great.

I was just talking about Cape Town with a friend the other day.
