So here is my current deal, I really like this cute 20 year old chick, who is co-workers with my good friend and I'm pretty sure she's into me. Whenever I come into the restaurant they both work at, she always shows me mad attention by making mad eye contact from across the room, going out of her way to approach me when I'm just waiting for a to-go order, flirting, etc. 2 weeks ago I got to hang out with her outside of work for the first time when my good guy friend invited me to a party of another co-worker of theirs, and I spent some good time flirting with the girl I like, but also kind of focused on talking/flirting with a bunch of other cute girls to kind of "demonstrate my social value". Then this past Sunday I got invited by my homie to the restaurant's Christmas party dinner where I pretty much spent the whole night talking and flirting with the young honey that I like. I'm definitely kicking myself now for not having got her number and asking her out that night, but I do feel that I did get full confirmation from her actions that she does really dig me.
Okay finally, after telling you guys the story of my life (LOL), on to my question... Assuming that I haven't dragged my heals too long and already gotten stuck in the friend zone, I'm pretty sure she will want to go out with me, but I'm contemplating what would be a best first date scenario where it is just us two alone. Apparently, she has a fake ID that she claims she reluctantly uses when it's a busy night at the bar and she's going with a big group of girls, so I'm gonna kind of push that we try to go to a bar and get a drink. However, if she's not down where/what do you guys suggest we do? I guess the dinner date thing is played out now a days, I would take her hiking but the weather sucks, so now I'm leaning towards just seeing if she wants to chill at home and watch a DVD???
I'm probably overanalyzing and caring a bit too much, but this is the type of girl I want and could possibly see dating down the line... Which kind of brings me to another point, I don't want to totally bitch out like I've done many times in the past, but right now she's busy with work and family stuff due to the holidays, and after new years I'm gonna be busy as fuck hustling getting my shit on lock, before I go on vacation to Brazil for 3 week the second week of January. I'm tempted to try and just put this shit on hold till I get back, but who knows how she'll view me by then?.... Oh yeah even though she digs me, knowing her personality and some insight into her past dating, I doubt she'd give up more than making out on the first date or two...

Yes you are. But either way, a decent post none the less (even though it was hard to read with out paragraphs).

Why don't you just do a day date, blaze some chronic, check out some art or the beach?

The bar thing is slightly risky from the fake id standpoint. Not sure how it is where you are, but many spots in CA are too jumpy on FID's (Fake ID's).

Or invite her to your crib, whip up some grinds, pop a cork, throw on some Curtis Mayfield, sprak up a jay and see where it leads.

You are saying "this is the type of girl I want and could possibly see dating down the line" and a whole bunch of other crap. Switch up your frame of reference, don't aim for this, think short term, thing of banging her and she will follow you if you lead. You are also thinking too much, just make your presence known, and if she doesn't bite, aim for the endzone, the haymaker, half court shot, blue line slapshot, and make one big move to bang her.

In regards to the date idea, just be creative, a six pack in the park, a walk to nowhere in particular, don't make the destination the date, but a sort of journey that she is coming along for. If this goes well back to your or her place.

I understand, the problem here is your really attracted to her and have started nesting in your mind. If I go one step further I might add that you seem to see her as "high value" probably over your own, so you feel sleightly out of your water with this one...

Its ok to have those feelings, just dont take the ride with them to scetch out the kids names and where you are going to leave, chill ! If she likes you as much as you think, which she probalby does.. then it doesnt matter much where you take here, but G´s advice with your place or someplace on the beach is nice, someplace you can make out.. not a cafe for the reasons Roosh allready stated.. unless its the only option or it suits you..
