I wonder about amateur modeling. Do it as a side job, aim to just break even, and use it as a channel for meeting gorgeous women. There are a lot of girls who want money but don't want to do hardcore porn. Not sure how many of these women are amenable to being gamed. Ie. I'm not talking pay for play, just an amateur photographer blowing cash to meet cute girls. Maybe you could convince them to do it for free until you find a 'buyer'.

Straight men work in American gay porn, too, but not in such large percentages. According to Rod Barry, a former marine-turned-porn-star, straight porn actors in the U.S. earn about $400 for a scene. In gay porn it is three, five, or even eight times that amount.
But globalization has changed the wage structure of the porn industry. In Eastern Europe, men are willing to do porn for a lot less. “That’s the downfall of the business," Barry says. "The cheap guys from Europe flood the market with crap product."

There is also a blog called ishootporn, which is quite funny. I think that guy has posts on how to break into the industry and a few about how stupid/fucked up the girls are.

This shit is not hard to start, and it could be done cheaply. Thats why the web is flooded with this stuff now.
Startup costs
1) You need a few cameras and a decent video editor - 10k
2) You need a few grand to fuck the women on camera. Top flight pornstars are fucking on camera for less than a 1000 bucks a scene. This is widely published. Think popular stars are like 700-800 bucks for a few hours? They dont bang for the money, this is hooker and stripper advertising for most of them. 25 scenes for content library - 20k
3) You throw up a website which will cost a few grand - 15k
4) Throw 5 min clips onto tube sites to advertise, market the website by relying on piracy to spread your content bringing in people looking for full scenes.
Porn companies are dying though and the industry is being decimated by piracy. You probably need to have a niche of some sort, but I think you may cover costs and maybe cover bills, although you wont be making millions from it.
Operational costs
1) Shoot from apartment or house - ongoing rental, no one needs to know what you using it for - 2k a month
2) Content 2 scenes a week - 8k a month
3) Other costs - 4k a month at most
Startup - 45k
14k a month for a website that updates twice a week
If you whacked your subscribers 15 bucks a month, you are in the clear after 1000 subscribers cost wise. 10,000 worldwide subscribers and you are then approaching million dollar a year territory.
