nd Tier Cities that Need More Foreigners.

My last 3 years traveling, I have made a concerted effort to try 2nd tier cities and for the most part, just like Roosh, I have been rewarded for it. The mix of exotic appeal, lack of foreigners and sex tourism, DHV, etc.all have made it easier to do well, with the girls, in the smaller or lesser known cities. It was nice to know that many decent sized cities have not not been ruined ala, Riga, Prague, Medellin.
An exception was Belo Horizonte. It was the first city I lived in Brazil and looking back it was the only 2nd tier city, where I didn't do that well with the girls, in this 3 year time period. Granted, my portuguese wasnt at a high level then and I couldn't find a swanky pad in the best part of the city, that could be had for 2 months or less. I can count with my 2 hands the amount of travelers(foreigners) I saw during my stay there. The two I can most strongly recall, were two Americans I saw on separate occasions, who were calling out for help after being robbed.
So with this in mind, have any of you forum members been to a 2nd tier city where you didn't feel that welcome or that would benefit from having an influx of foreigners? To me,it wouldnt be such a bad thing to have some horny groups of italians and drunk english stag partiers liven up BH and get the women out of their cocoons. Most girls I met there had not even been to Rio. There is nothing those typical destroyers of cities could ruin.
Most people in 2nd or 3rd tier cities have an inferiority complex,
relative to the bigger cities or capital. This often makes them grateful that foreigners would even bother to come. So after the typical why are you here question, they generally tend to be warmer and friendlier. But as I found out, there are a few 2nd tier cities where the people feel that, where they are is the best place to be in the country and thus could give a flying fuck, about a foreign man coming to visit. Cuenca, Ecuador is another example of this phenomenon. Cuencanos and Cuencano girls believe themselves to be the best the country has to offer and the girl's attitudes towards foreigners matches that.
