I heard the hardest part about going vegetarian is having to tell your parents you're gay.
Newest masculinity killer: now you can be allergic to meat!

Having been a vegetarian for many many years with not shortage of muscle this notion that vegetarian = masculinity killer is just total nonsense. I speak from my own direct experience.
Great, so you're an outlier. Hats off to you. And speaking from my personal experience, every vegetarian and vegan I know is frail and sickly.
There's also this guy:
Name: Torre Washington
Height: 5’ 7”
Weight: 168lbs
Yeah, I believe it.

Threats
Bandicoots, like many of the small to medium-sized marsupials of Australia, have undergone several species extinctions and significant contractions in distribution since European settlement because of land clearing and the introduction of predators (foxes, dogs and cats). Of the estimated 12 species of bandicoot in Australia, approximately half are now extinct, threatened with extinction or extremely rare.
Sounds like the little buggers are staging a comeback. #BandicootLivesMatter
Arnold Schwarzenegger is also now a vegan and doing a world wide campaign to reduce eat consumption.

Verdict: manlet
Assuming 6% bf, dude is only 150 lbs of lean muscle.
I easily out match him by almost 15 lbs of lean muscle! I'll continue eating meat thank you very much.
Best post on the matter

I can post videos of nutritional gurus saying anything.
Truth is only you know your body.
Don't eat meat for a month.
See how you feel.
If you feel better, have more energy, etc. then don't start eating meat again.
If not, start eating meat.
BY the way, that's the formula for all of these "what is the best diet" discussions.
Do it yourself and see what happens. Everyone is different and what works for you might not work for me.

No, he's not a vegan. He's a part-time Vegan.
Which, in Arnold terms means he probably eats half a cow instead of the whole thing and washes it down with a side of spinach.
I am in agreement that Americans consume too much meat. We don't need that much.
But yeah, 99.9999% of vegans and vegetarians are a bunch of noodleback Socialist pussies with a guilt complex.

These kind of statements only weaken your arguments. My opinion is only in the 25 years or so, feminists, sjws and some odd types greatly infiltrated the vegan movement. Prior to that it was very much a hetro movement with mostly intelligent masculine men and some women. There is still sound logic behind the vegan/vegetarian ideas. The world needs to cut down on meat consumption by about 80% just for the planet's survival --which is a dramatic paradigm shift and eventually it is likely going to happen.

Arnold has unfortunately proven himself to be a sellout.
This does not take away from any of his previous achievements.

No, it doesn't.
It would be interesting to see your reasoning behind this statement, and if it is fundamentally any different from the usual end-days "peak oil" or "overpopulation" canards.
A lot of my information comes from the documentary called Cowspiracy.
I saw Cowspiracy. If ever there was a case against the modern beta male that's it. It's basically one American guy's journey through his first-world white guilt complex.
There are some good points made in the movie; I think we can all agree that commercial livestock production sucks, produces poor quality meat that's bad for you, is unnecessarily cruel to animals, etc. But all the bullshit about carbon footprint of meat and all that is utter nonsense. To call it a "documentary" is a crime considering how one-sided his arguments are. I could debunk half the movie without even researching any of his statistics, which are heavily skewed and very selective.

Most Americans eat too much wheat/corn, sugar/corn syrup AND MEAT.
