I don't think there is a step by step guide to going caveman. Going caveman is more about attitude then a sequence of moves. I go caveman when I'm talking to a girl and get a sudden impulse to stick my tongue down her throat,so I do. There is no pre-thought it's all instinctive.

I found this one for ya on youtube. It's a classic mystery/lovedrop instruction video. I must have listened to lovedrop a million times on my mp3 player. I have to look at the mechanics again..but I do it in a way where I kinda pin the girls arm behind her so it forces her hips closer to mine. If you're trying to go pure caveman. Dont give her the option to step closer..force her (in a nice way) to do it.

I can't say I've ever done that move. Why do you do this instead of just going for the kiss like normal?

I not only use it when i'm going for the kiss but also at random times. It's like you're shit testing the girl instead of the other way around. You see if she is compliant with you and will do want you want. A true bitch doesn't want to be spun around by some dude and stay in control.

I do this on dates too if i like and want to keep the girl. I then use it in combination with my "Look at this" move which is a pretty basic move but unknown to a lot of guys. It makes you unpredictable and different from other guys. I'm not sure if i made a thread about that one.
