I think it's south asia in general. Look at the comment sections of any news article on the latest horrible thing to happen in China. You get about 200 comments in engrish defending the Chinese government.

Indian guys are coddled through their childhood and are expected to be subserviant and mama's boys. This results in a lot of beta Indians.

I think as far the forum race trolling goes, it's pretty much a one-man show. The guy has pretty much the same story line(in southern US, 19 year old, only wants white girls, extreme social anxiety) in about 10 forums.. RVF, the two above, Naughty nomad's, hater Mark's, RSD etc etc..

Lol! Sadly.. over the last 100/200 years a lot of the young people.. Majorly Suppressed and the internet being their only venting spot.

PS: Those who got beyond suppression / did their thing most dont spent time on forums.
