Ended up going to DEMF yesterday and while the acts especially Moby were enjoyable to watch, it wasn't really great for pickup though. It probably had to do with the fact that it got really cold this year especially later into the night(40 degree) and the ratios were absolutely terrible. The afterparties(finding the right one is critical since theres alot) in the area were also basically a waste of money(overpriced) and most of them featured girls that weren't all that attractive along with the aforementioned terrible ratios. Overall, if you are into hippy type chicks you may want to check it out, and caveman will work well since alot of them are on some type of drug. There is some decent talent at the festival itself, but its probably a good idea to skip it this year, if you're not an enthusiast of the genre.

If you have access to E or Molly, definitely bring it as almost everyone is rolling on one or the other. Not saying I did, but just giving you the dope. Having some extra to throw around will pay huge dividends for you and instantly put you in good graces. Not a must, but definitely a big bonus.

Where to stay:
If you want to jump into full fur burgers and bang hippies who haven't showered in a couple days and have just been fermenting in the heat, you could bang them by the dozen in the camping area. Not my cup of tea but to each's own.

We stayed at La Quinta Legacy Villas townhomes which is a very nice, upscale gated townhome complex which is biking distance from the venue and has a great pool party during the day. Paid $3,500 for a VERY nice 3BR for 4 nights, with a patio, BBQ, and close to the pool. We biked to the venue one day as it sounded kind of fun until we showed up all sweaty. We then hired a driver the other days for $10/passenger, much better idea. To me, the pool party was just as fun as the event itself and provided countless opportunities to game, make out, and take them back to the room midday for a shot of whatever elixir they were into drinking and going for the kill. As solid logistically as it comes.

Remember this is not a hotel, but a townhome complex where EVERYONE is there for Coachella that weekend. The complex hires a DJ who plays beats all day poolside and everyone brings there own drinks from the room because they are not selling them as a hotel would. Completely allowed, just no glass poolside. We wheeled in a cooler loaded with canned beers and vodka and tequila in water bottles, and off to the races we were! This is obviously now free as opposed to a Vegas pool party where you can spend hundreds in a day no problem. The quality of the talent poolside and the energy of the party, definitely rivaled Vegas. We and most others stayed at the pool party till about 4-5PM, went back to the rooms and then went to the shows in the early evening. Met a bunch of hot rich Canadian girls there as well as countless others. Hooked up with the one Canadian girl of the bunch I targeted back in LA a couple days after the event, because by the end of the 1st day I found a different girl who ended up staying with me for the weekend and became my mini-girlfriend for a couple days. Not ideal for crushing shear numbers, but fun nevertheless. Plus, I was leaving her and going out on plenty of mini side game missions which yielded solid results.

All in all, I cant wait to get back at it next year. I will definitely be staying at the same complex as the pool party is sick and also very close to the venue where you can bring them back from there. I think that the same program will apply to most other music festivals over the summer.

InternationalSwagger, I DO have plans on crushing the one you mentioned as well unless we are off in Europe somewhere chasing fanny which is in the works as we speak.

Came back from not actually going to Coachella but partying in Palm Springs and I can attest that Qwest's breakdown is still the DEFINITIVE way to game Coachella.

Breakdown

• Left Thursday from LA and drove like a madman weaving through traffic to make it in time for a Chromeo/Diplo party at a pretty cool location in Coachella. It wasn't worth risking life and limb but still a good time. Ratio was really good and the crowd was a mix of valley, LA and PS locals. I was pretty tired so I only opened 5-6 sets but there was definite potential if someone showed up with the right energy. Lot of mixed sets but relaxed enough where opening a girl in a mixed set wouldn't be an issue. No chicks really hooked that night, but that wasn't their fault.
• Friday, went to CVS in AM to get some essentials and just nonstop college girls rolling into CVS on way to the festival. Saw this brazilian type 9 college girl with a 5set who had driven from SF but didn't open. Went to the pool at the hotel and opened a 3set with 1 white girl and 2 black girls. Bitch shields were high, which I discovered was a general theme during the trip. Later on in the day went to a party by some lame ''it DJ chick" who was supposedly Katie Perry's best friend. Afternoon pool party was a mix of music industry chicks, models and random chicks who turned to be some sort of 'instagram celebrities' and 'bloggers'. My wing who doesn't really game anymore due to undisclosed reasons opened a model chick and did well. He gave her my number. I proceeded to open a reality tv chick who was with 2 cockblockers. I recognized all 3 from instagram as well. She was hooking but they pulled her away, should've number closed. Katy Perry rolled in with her lame friends towards the end of the party and we rolled out w/o any numbers. Interestingly, a number of these 'D list celebs' with +1mill instagram followers were not that good looking. The rest of the evening was too chill because everyone was at Coachella. The local Downtown scene in PS was terrible. We went to Village pub, I opened a latina 7 who was beyond wasted. She was DTF but I got a weird, super druggie vibe from her and had a feeling I wouldn't like the gifts she would give me if we boned. My wing, as always, was looking out for me, and mentioned the same. She was bonable and had the freaky eyes so I was a bit disappointed but exercised some self-control and we bounced to the hotel
• Saturday was interesting. The music industry buddy, who had invited us, went to put in some time at the festival. I rolled with the wing to daygame the downtown strip. I opened a 9 crossing me on the sidewalk and she didn't hook at all, kept on walking. I shouldve pulled the cross-by-and-run-back move...no worries. Opened a 2 set, all done up, at a franchise coffee shop..opened the 5. She turned out to be euro and was giving me an pretty high level of attitude, while her hotter friend was twirling her hair. I felt my anger level rise, but I politely exited. We went to grab some lunch at popular mexican restaurant, Los Cueonselos, mediocre food, great atmosphere. After that decided to roll to a mansion party. Drove to the shuttle pick up and lo&behold, the line for wristbands was a sight to see. Reluctantly, we got in line. I opened some sets I wasn't really into. Right as we got to the list, the chick handing out the bands decided to let everyone know the party was full. Going with the flow, I decided to use the cumulative misery everyone was feeling at being denied to open some sets. It was remarkable, no surprise, to see lizards absolutely dying to go to this party. Really amazing how they were so desperate to be in. Running to shuttle drivers, begging to get on....so pathetic. Turns out it was the best pool party that day (DFM party - http://www.papermag.com/2015/04/coachell..._guide.php) with a bunch of A listers so obviously these lizards were beyond thirsty. I stepped to the 8.5 responsible for the difficult job of checking if people were on a list and opened her. She was super frazzled and busy calming herself down. Interestingly, I was expecting richter 9 atttiude but she turned out to be somewhat pleasant. I could tell it wasn't going to go anywhere so I exited. Towards the end I hooked these 2 chicks to take em to another location but at the last moment these 2 hipsters who had press passes offered to cut them through to the party. Oh well.
• After the 2 hour debacle we rolled to the Ace hotel, and this is where I realized some of the mistakes we had made (not really my or my wings fault) regarding logistics (I'll elaborate in the Takeaways section). Ace hotel had 9s, models and photographers walking around. If you could get past the nauseating feeling of hispterness, it was possible to have a good time. We couldn't get into the pool, so it was basically a wash for us. At this point, realizing that we hadn't done ourselves any favours by our hotel location, I strongly considered driving back to L.A. (Logistics is key in game obviously, but absolutely key in Palm Springs. To our luck, our friend said he had traded his 3rd day of Coachella pass to get 3 tickets to the Neon Carnival.
• Neon Carnival was interesting. The guy who owns Bungalow in Santa Monica throws this event. (Funny to see him rise from doing the door at random hollywood clubs to now becoming this party mogul...stoked for him). Neon Carnival starts at midnight and is held at a dysfunct mini airport in Thermal, CA which is Coachella adjacent. My wing was sick of drinking so he drove. We roll there and it is obviously a mad house. Our music buddy has VIP in's, so we roll through the massive line and walk in. It is basically a mini amusement park full of rides and games. Actually very cool to witness. Huge dance floor, ferris wheel, the works. Free alcohol and food trucks. I mean - if you can't get laid in this situation you should hang it up...or so I thought. Assuming there were so many props and situations to open girls and insadate I was a bit excited at the possibilities. We rolled up to the bar, ordered double vodka redbulls and got to work. Scouring the scene, and I slowly realize its basically all the scenesters of Hollywood relocated to Neon Carnival. Reality tv girls, malibu girls, dudes I see at the scene at Shore bar and Malibu, instagram girls, models all in 1 place. There wasn't a less than an 8 in sight. My brain was short-circuting a bit trying to plan out a strategy. I'd spent 2 days getting shutdown, with near chances, low on sleep and hopped up on vodka redbull. Music buddy is pretty bluepill and my wing was chill so it was on me to make some moves. I opened an 8 in the bar line, chill attitude, didn't hook, opened a hottie in line for the pisser, she was cool but didn't hook. Opened yet another hottie while playing a game and she was super-cold. I kept at it till my wing told me to let it go. I took a second to enjoy the scene. The dance floor was filling up and, to be honest, the DJ was absolutely sick. Really cool atmosphere. After a bit of break and some more surveying of the scene I opened a reality tv chick who is the daughter of a rock legend. She was actually quite sweet, but was pulled away by her mother hen.
• At this point, after being in this situation for a bit, I rapidly realized a couple of things:
  
  1. it was apparent there was a subconscious level of familiarity between everyone. Like when you got to a house party, or event at a bar and there is a community of people that all are somehow connected
  2. almost all the lizards were there to be seen or for validation
  3. given the 2 points above, these chicks were not going to be overtly available. Most likely due to some imaginary 'reputation'. (High school mentality)
  4. the best chance for SNL would be the dance floor
     
  By this point, the dance floor was jam-packed. The competition was pretty fierce but I did not see any guys hooking lizards they had not shown up with. Beyond that, due to the expansive of the event, everyone was so spread out it was actually a little difficult to consistently opening sets. By this point it was about 2:30am and my energy level was winding down. I decided to make a last hail mary and opened a 9.5 blonde who was wearing flower pasties on her tits. 1/4 asian, blonde bombshell. Dropped some solid eyefuck, dominant game...and as was the theme of the weekend, her 2 asian friends who were easily hard 5s pulled her away. At this point, I felt like Kevin Garnett after a solid loss, having put everything out of the floor. Younger players would have found a way to sustain till the morning and play the persistence game but I was beat. I don't really indulge in substances, but molly or something to that effect would have been good to have with you at this point. We democratically decided to bounce, and I begrudingly agreed. I walked to the car, got in and we got in exit line to get out. As we were slowly crawling out, I saw 2 8s standing by a large van, and full shiester-from-the-backseat of the toyota corolla rental yelled 'join us'. They were looking for a ride to La quinta resort and jumped in. Turns out they were trust fund honeys from NYC. I silently thanked God and got to work on building comfort with 2 rich girls in the backseat of my corolla rental. As luck would have it, music buddy saw 2 random acquintainces who were looking for a ride. Mr Blue Pill invited them along for the ride and they enthusiastically agreed and jumped in. I tried to work this situation of lack of backseat space to my advantage by putting 1 trust funder on my lap and putting my arm around the other one. One of the dudes who got in was pretty natural red-pill and was dropping some decent game on this chicks so I thought we could make a negative situation of 2 dudes and 2 girls in the back of a sedan into a positive. However, the trust funders were sketched out and over it. They immediately started texting guys whose first names sound like they were trust funders as well like 'Cameron' and 'Sky' and 'Shane'. I knew the wrap around shoulder kino on the one next to me was definitely not working now. Within minutes both girls had exited. So we rolled on with 5 dudes in 1 car. Not one to give up, I yelled at another half-asian 6 and of course she jumped in. She was married but good to go. She ended up doing coke in the back with the natural that had jumped in earlier. It was interesting, the intimate dynamic, that occured between the 2 of them as soon as she did 'his coke'. We rolled to her rental house and waited for her sister and friends to arrive. I ate some of their food and began mixing drinks. The 2 dudes that had joined us decided to bounce, even though I was 100% sure married 6 wanted to be taken down by coke boy. Fast forward, the 3 friends showed up, not were above a 5 and by this time, after making drinks for them till 4:30am, I told my wing it was time to admit defeat. Funny thing..earlier..the married 6 had told us we should find a house with a hottub and break in. (Again, logistics). Next morning we got up and rolled back home.

Takeaways

• To bang inside or outside Coachella, having airtight logistcs is paramount. If you meet girls during the day either at the festival or walking around, if you don't have a locked in place to bring back - don't even waste your time going. Even better, as Qwest said, to have a sick place in a hotel-of-choice. That not only makes situations exponentially easier, but gives you access to top quality talent steps from your bedroom.
  Preferred to have townhomes/rooms in Ace hotel, or La Quinta. Ok to have houses with pools hot tubs, but then you have to put in work to bring girls back to the house
• Be prepared to deal with a higher level of bitch shield, festivals mean girls know what the deal is, try and be in a state where you are having a good time and enjoying the situation and music instead...make that your agenda and game subconciously.
• Captain Obvious here, but better to go with fellow, like-minded red pillers or RVFers
• Distribute your energy. It is a journey, not a race
• Try and see if you can rsvp for parties in advance if you aren't at the festival. Obviously - go to the festival over going to pool parties
• As is with everything else (and I need to get much better at this) pipelining is a good backup plan. An 8 plate of mine was there but I really did not want to see her. Funny thing is, I hit her up after getting back and, based on the responses I'm getting, I know she met someone there which i expected
  

Summary: Spent last week opening multiple lizards who had been to the festival. Best way to do it is to either camp (if you are younger, the crazier stuff goes down camping) or lock in a solid place. If you can spend more, get VIP tickets and you'll get direct access if banging celebrities is on your bucket list. I wish I could've closed this report with some success stories, but hey, if you aren't prepared, you have to roll the dice and accept the consequences. As I mentioned above, Qwest is on pointe. I didn't have a choice as my invite was last minute but I wish I had read his write-up before going. Hope this report helps fellow RVFers. PM if you want more specific details.

Looking at Bonnaroo, its expensive

GA is $300 but you really need
VIP which is $700 (Special shower and restroom facilities with attendants)
The rental cost of a 2-person tent unit is $970
The vip tent which has AC is $2000

You could try for GA and Hotel but cock blocking will be high. If you are aiming for a 9s and 10's only your going to need some
selling points when you say come over to my tent for a drink.

chyamor, this is very misinformed. This past year I bought my ticket the Tuesday before, didn't have much cash saved up, and had one of the best weekends of my life.

I spent a grand total of $600. Maybe a little less. I'd venture to say it's actually the cheapest major festival in the US. I am dropping likely twice as much for Lollapalooza and it won't be nearly as fun, but I can't stay away.

Don't go VIP. Waste of money. GA is the way to go.

And yeah, bonnaroo isn't for someone who's older/can't handle camping, heat, dirtiness. But that weeds out all of the lame people who only go there for shits & giggles and produces such a great community atmosphere. Camping truly builds the spirit of the festival.

And like I've said, walk around shirtless, abs rocked out, with a cigarette hanging from your mouth, and any girl is yours. The scantily-clad young tight-bodied eye candy is enough to send your testosterone soaring through the roof.

Plus, aside from girls, Bonnaroo is hands down the best music festival in the United States. Everyone in the know agrees with this.

I'd love to answer more questions and tell you more.

Looks fun! Sometime I'll try one of these smaller festivals. Seems very conducive to drug use. Although I think I'd go crazy hearing nothing but EDM for an entire weekend.
