Anyone here have experience working in home security alarm systems?

A sales manager approached me and offered me some kind of Alarm system installation job. I figured I would come to the forum to see if anyone has worked in the field before.

I used to work for ADT. It's a lot easier now since most of the systems are wireless. I was doing alarms in the stone age when you had to use 4 and 6 ft drill bits to run wires through basements, crawl spaces, and attics. It's an ok gig.
