I have been thinking a lot lately about how to get into the internet game, but a lot of the things I am passionate and knowledgeable about have been over done online.


I thought of an idea that would make it unnecessary to create unique content on a daily basis and start off with a large audience.


A lot of businesses in the food & entertainment industry in my area do not take advantage of online marketing nearly as much as they should in this day and age. There are some popular bars with no websites and very weak facebook marketing. I wonder if it would be possible and profitable to offer to build a blog style website for the business free of charge. Basically I would be building a website with predetermined content (special events, photos, news) with a fairly large audience already existing.


I don't think I could get away with charging the business as I have no marketing experience and they don't really need the extra marketing anyway. Also the biggest issue that I could think of is that the audience is fairly limited geographically, would it even be possible to generate enough views to turn a profit?



I think it could possibly work if you have a couple businesses on board, but I really don't know enough about the internet game to say for sure.

What you've described is not a new business idea, it is a job. If you would like to have this job, then by all means go for it. But if you don't know anything about marketing or "the internet" game, I suggest that you perhaps pass on this job idea.

You need to find something where you have a particular advantage.

go to the warrior forum and look up offline marketing.

It's far more lucrative and easier to do than typical "review products and catch affiliate sales via Amazon" or "new get rick quick scheme for other suckers to buy"
