Those are not the most detailed reviews, but as there is no info on those cities so far, it's better than nothing.
Naples
I was positively surprised because also Sunday night was quite lively. I heard that there is something going on actually every night! As in Bologna, I had the feeling there are more hot girls around and they are friendlier than in Genoa. I had a good interaction with a girl that was totally hypnotized by me. And a bit older but good looking girl tried to pick me up (unfortunately I was busy). I actually really liked Naples.
From plebiscito square, in one direction there was a shopping street (Via Roma) for daygame, in the other one you ended up in Piazza San Pasquale, where there were many bars. Then there was the university area (close to Piazza Bellini), which was full of students and had some bars nearby.

Bologna
It's a student city. I had the feeling there are more hot girls around and they are nicer to talk to than Genoa. It seems all nightlife is close to the two towers, for example in Via Zamboni, and then Via de' Castagnoli and the square where the two streets meet (there is a pub, some bars, some clubs ... I forget the names.) Try also the Hobby One Disco. I had some fun with girls there, also never the full program, also because I could never do a day 2, because I was there always just for one night.
Marina di Ravenna
A summer party location for Italians. My Italian friend said it’s great, I went there with a great attitude, and had some fun interactions with girls, but got nothing. I remember, another Italian friend did well there and collected many phone number. He did also well in Genoa: he had the model looks and was talking nonstop. He only wanted phone numbers, did not even go for the kiss. One hot girl even texted him that she wants to meet him, but he had no interest. UPDATE: I heard that a new rule forbids the beach parties that used to go on there.
Conclusion
I had quite some fun in Bologna, more girls, and at least some of them are crazy and up for wild things. Rome was nice, too, but I was there too short to tell something real. Naples was nice, nightlife every day, people quite open too, I think there is potential, but I was there just for one weekend. But anyway, I still think Italian girls are better if you look for relationships, than for quick sex.
