A couple weeks ago I figured out my protein intake and it's somewhere in the low 200s. 2-3 scoops of protein per day. One of the perks of this job is I tell my guys to always make chicken for staff meal, so by the time I get to work there's an entire hotel pan of chicken stewed with vegetables, usually in some sort of Mexican chile-based broth. I'll eat just enough of that to be sated every 2-3 hours and then come home and make a protein based dinner, usually with some stolen product from work like grassfed burger patties with a fried egg on top, some whole grains like farro or quinoa, and some green vegetable like kale or broccolini.
Edit: That "chef's knife" is pretty boss Ali, I gotta admit.
