I just coulnd't do something like that with a main chick though. There's definately a double standard with threesomes but i like it and think its justified. Pretty much all women are bi to some exent. Pretty much all women have experimented with their girlfriends growing up. Pretty much all girls hang around naked together, try on clothes together, etc. Dudes on the ohter hand were just not like that. Dudes don't hang around naked together, dudes don't experiment sexually with their buddies so its a stretch to try to get a guy in a mmf but for a women not really that much of a stretch.

Also a big thing with me and I think this is some deep down evolutionary shit but jealousy and protecting whats yours for lack of a better word is like built into us. Think about the king gorilla or whatever with a harem of gorilla ladies, guys gotta protect their mating rights and even in just a casual mmf threesome I think there's too much of that in us plus ego where as a women participating in a ffm threesome I dont think you have that.

I agree that I would have trouble doing it w/ a GF - and certainly not with a wife. But I could do it with some hot piece of ass I didn't care about but wanted to fuck. I think I would need to coordinate logistics well, I really don't want a hairy ass in my face. Actually, that's one reason I could never be gay - guy's hairy bodies are repulsive to me.
