I started this on Sunday of this week. I also revamped my diet which began two weeks ago. My doses are 200 mg of caffeine and 3 8mg ephedrine tablets.
I've lost ~5 pounds since the start of last week. I was 227 and now I'm 222. My workout consists of weights three days a week and HIIT on the bike three days a week, with one rest day.
After taking a dose I am literally bouncing off the walls. I'm already a big coffee drinker, but I've been replacing full caf with decaf just so I don't go overboard. I find I get really jittery after a dose for about an hour, but then I go back to normal. I've been taking two dose a day, one when I get up and one around noon.
The greatest thing about this so far is that I have zero appetite. I will only eat if I need something for fuel, like protein after a lift. I would recommend taking a dose right before a workout. It seems like thats the best way to harvest the jitters my body goes through after a dose.
