Wait, what? You are confusing two different things here. Firstly IRT-ism usually stems from an inferiority complex when guys start whining about white girls don't like them because of their race and it's usually guys with no game who become IRTs.
Secondly the Middle East and the subcontinent are two completely different worlds. Hell Indians are used as cheap slave labor in many Middle Eastern nations. The Arab culture is quite different than the subcontinent. This isn't to say India didn't or still doesn't have problems with the caste system but you can't use the subcontinent and the Middle East interchangeably.
There is a similarity there in the sexual repression and how the upper caste uses its authority to impose certain "norms" on the population and the women. It's undeniable. This is why culture or racial descendants from the subcontinent never really took root in SEA. It's counter culture to that region and was rejected but the more interesting or positive aspects were adopted into religion.

You are still way off on this tangent that you are going. India is a big country with different regions and norms. Some parts are quite liberal and some are extremely backwards. India doesn't work that way anymore where "upper castes" impose their sexual norms and views on the general public. If anything the upper castes and middle class tends to be quite liberal. India also doesn't have princes and royalty with real fuck you oil money.
