Protein "pudding"

So I've seen a lot of people post questions regarding protein and morning meals, so I thought I'd make a thread on what's worked really well for me

I used to do protein shakes, but find my time in the morning to be incredibly limited, and I hate constantly doing dishes. I now make all my weeks worth of meals on Sunday, including my breakfast protein supplement.

I take a 3 cup tupperware container and fill it with the following

Greek yogurt (140 calorie, 23g protein, 9g sugar)
Psyllium husk (low calorie, high fiber)
Oatmeal (for energy)
Creatine (when using)
Protein powder (10-18g protein per 100 calories). USE CHOCOLATE FLAVOR
Raw egg (extra protein source, helps consistency)
Dashes of strong coffee (for helping mix, plus adds a bit of caffeine)

Taking a few spoonfuls of this every morning is a fast, easy way to get some carbs, a fair bit of fiber and a boatload of protein. I don't have the mess of a daily shake and I get to have protein from a variety of sources (I generally even use multiple protein powders, since I find that some are better than others for protein per calorie, but than others have excellent flavor, ie musclemilk)

If you want it be more of a meal, don't use eggs and up the husk content. The egg makes it much smoother to eat, but the drier it is the longer it takes to go down, and the more full you feel while you have it. Greek yogurt is the least calorically dense, so you can also up the ratio of that and decrease the coffee, also while upping husk content to make it more of a meal.

I usually eat around 200 calories worth and get around 35g+ of protein if I divide it all out
