This is Latin culture, the good girls want to be in relationships, want to get married, want to start families, these aren't white American women who want to spend their first decade plus of adulthood "finding themselves" and not really giving a fuck about men.
Of course there are always outliers, but again, if you want to find a good Miami girl, your best chance is to grow up here and meet her before she reaches college.
I have a "good Miami girl", she recently turned 20, went to an all-girls high school and lives at home with her mom and two siblings, they have one car -- which limits her ability to go out. I was a family friend first, her mom loved me, I made my move when I realized I actually felt something for the girl outside of wanting to hit it, and she had just got out of a relationship. Timing is everything. The good ones don't stay single long, guys scoop these chicks up fast.
