Bump. Not sure if the OP is gonna see this but did any of this work out for you? I'm in the same boat, intense training till about 10:30, can't sleep, need to be at work at 7:30 in the a.m.
Civilize the mind but make savage the body.
Adrenaline rush after muay thai ==> no sleep
