Ive been there man and its tough, I found that when I had a bad craving such as after a meal, brushing my teeth and drinking a large glass of ice water helped a lot. Also, going for short walks and just getting out of the house for a breath of fresh air helped too.Try to have gum and mints handy but dont over do it on the sweets, get some veggies or fruit to snack on instead.
