Great report, very detailed! In Spain we get a lot of Ecuadorian immigrants and the women are way uglier than the Colombian, only a tad better than Bolivian. I guess however that the top talent is quite accessible for a westerner with game. I'd love to visit SA one day, wonder how it would turn out for a Spanish guy.
For those talking about Spanish language, as a native, IMO the most neutral Spanish dialect would be the Venezuelan, it sounds like a softer version of the Spanish spoken in the Canary Islands. Castilian Spanish has many dialects and Dominican Spanish can be hard to understand even for me. The main thing with Spanish is that eventhough it's a relatively easy language in terms of the grammar etc, the slang and even some common words change A LOT between countries (something that you barely get in Russian).
If I was a foreigner I'd probably start with Castillian Spanish since you'd probably make less spelling mistakes (e.g "sinco" instead of "cinco" due to latin am. pronunciation). Later I'd switch to Venezuelan or Colombian Spanish, which is quite "neutral" in terms of pronunciation and vocabulary.
