In criminal court that's true. But not in family court. If she wants to file a restraining order you'll end up in front a family court judge. And 'her' decision is based on "preponderance of the evidence" which means you can throw anything at her real or fake and cry and whine in order to pursuade and you can get your way.
It'll still cost your money to defend yourself and restraining orders are a starting point for tons of other legal bullshit women will throw at you just to ruin your name and punish you for hurting their feelings.
