Thank you! I'm starting a new diet as well. Basically it is going to be primarily raw vegetables during the day, fruit in the morning and evening, and only water to drink. I'll also throw some nuts and seeds into the mix as I see fit. I was inspired by this book, written by the same author who helped me quit smoking and drinking.
I woke up with my first alarm today and watched an episode of Seinfeld (S2E2). It didn't have much to do with dating women except at the beginning, where Jerry's mom was relentlessly nagging Jerry's dad. The show certainly doesn't make marriage very appealing.
I drank my apple cider vinegar with some water, applied baking soda and water to my armpits, put in my contacts, and put on some clean clothes. I didn't get a chance to shave but that is still far more work that I've put into my appearance and hygiene in quite a while.
I did my first day of Convict Conditioning and was able to do the beginner standard of 1 set of 10 for the Wall Pushups but not for the Knee Tucks. I was able to do 3 of them before my form failed. I am so proud that I finally forced myself to start this, now there is no going back.
I didn't approach any girls today but I also did not see any girls I wanted to fuck. I went to the supermarket and the bookstore but I was in a hurry to finish my errands. I noticed that I tend to bring my tablet everywhere I go and listen to music. I need to break this habit NOW or else I'll continue to be in my own world as opposed to the real one.
It is now time to get changed and head off to work. I'll bring Day Bang and read it during my breaks. Overall a solid Day 1.
