no, I guess it's because hookup and drunk sex aren't as common as they are in the US or UK. also our main item of feminist propaganda is not rape culture but rather 'femicide', when a woman is killed by her partner/husband/stalker. ironically Italy has one of the lowest rate of female murder in Europe (0,5 women killed out of 100k people every year). but honestly I don't know much about our laws for false rape accusations.
