I think some of you are missing the context here. To continue from my Pook theme earlier...
We can assume that Dalaran appears as an attractive guy who's comfortable with sexual escalations. However, he's pawing women sexually in public. It's a too overt way to display his sexuality, when he doesn't need to. What he's triggering is ASD, and he's making himself appear thirsty while making the women feel like sluts. Can you imagine James Bond getting gropey and making out with women in public, for example?
He needs to be more subtle in public, and saves the aggression for when he's successfully isolated the girl in private where it can actually lead to sex. This is doubly important in typical social circle game (his case) as girls talk, and the girl he's after doesn't want others to think she's easy.
