I just reread your post. If she's saying this while at the bar your odds are lower, but I'd still proceed as normal and make an attempt. Girls emotions are like clouds, well formed in one moment and totally unrecognizable in the next. She may not want to bang you when she says it, then 1 hour later after you've gotten her warmed up she will.
If she says this while you're already alone with her, you're pretty much guaranteed to get the bang.
