Fucking hell. I have often worked with young people with Asperger's and they have a hard enough time adjusting socially as it is. Putting a tattoo on his chest? Not only paedophilia but I'm going to assume torture as well because the few tattoo artists I know, rough though some of them are, wouldn't touch this shit. This is going to fuck the poor kid up big time... and the fact that she studied to be a teacher certainly implieds predatory behaviour.
