Good points I didn't think of-- can isolating her out of paranoia make everything worse? Maybe she'll stay with you but be depressed as hell.

It isn't even just homesickness. That obviously will become an issue later on. But think about it. In most of these so called ISOLATED COMMUNITIES.... you as a couple will stick out like a sore thumb. That means others will judge , etc. You may not care but be sure some of your neighbors will become nosy and might influence her. They might even attempt to school her and cockblock you. To survive she will assimilate. Immigrant community= SLOW assimilation.

3rd country (Mexico, DR) means homesickness but NO Alphas that can overthrow your rule.

IKE mentioned living in Italy, there are Filipinos there as there are in most other places. There used to be a big congregation of them hanging out in a park in front of Roma Termini on Sunday afternoons, nowadays I bet you can find a lot of community news on the internet.
