I meant, specifically, a window on a very high floor. Like 25+. So you can look down on everyone, and people only on the other high floors can see you.
But 'Shame'-style also works.
When I first moved to NYC, I lived on the 11th floor, and this girl across the street would definitely masturbate with the blinds open so I could see her, about every 2-3weeks.
maybe only 3-4 other apts could even get a good look in my bldg, so I'm pretty sure it was me, and the guy next door was like 75. Never saw her on the street, surprisingly.
