If America is anything like Australia, the quality of women and their openness to brown men is much higher in the major cities then in the small towns and country cities. Although I do hear that Australia is better than the US for non-white men in general. Moving would be a serious boon for your sex life, but I wouldn't do it if it means harming your career etc.
