Find weed and make fast friends with decently put together guys around your dorm. Make friends with ra's so they are more lenient when you get caught smoking. Also find a bjj/mma team. Mma guys smash and keep training all through college so you make friends with guys much older and more connected than you right then and there. Think of it as a frat of sorts. If you hurry up and join mma team you can leverage you approaching and meeting girls into a "promoter" of sorts situation. Where you drag gaggles of girls to parties and you get hooked up with vip access to same parties because of you dragging gaggles of girls around. Dont worry about banging any particular girl at first. Invite many and be their go to guy for access and you also get access to their friends. Also preselection.
