It's because you are not bald. They know you can just grow your hair back if you want.
The viciousness of people commenting is that they know or hope that you are screwed for life. They want to feel superior to you by shoving it in your face.
That kind of response shows how people who do not have this problem are oblivious of what a nightmare it is for the individual. The "it's all in your head" is especially rude. Hair loss is a silent epidemic that society doesn't allow you to talk about, you're not even allowed to talk about it on forum for men.
You didn't understand what I was saying. When a fat guy asks advice, you will tell me to get up from his ass and start losing weight, but when a guy ask about solutions for his baldness (like in this topic), you will say to him: work out, become rich, buy new clothes, but rarely "gain some more hair by having a hair transplant!"
I'm not whining, just stating the reality of the situation for young bald men. It's not just me, I see everyday around me and in stories friends tell me. How their co-workers get mocked and abused for having no hair. How women chose them over some bald dude in the club and how women admit to them that it's one of the most important physical traits in a man.
