Don't forget that Spinach (uncooked) has about 7 grams of pure protein per cup.
So, supplant your juices with legumes, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds and you will be fine.
I get my protein from legumes and lentils. I don't 100% juice as I am already in great physical shape. I cook some legumes abd eat a handful of almond nuts, and seeds daily.
Definitely throw some egg whites in the juicer!!
