Okay let's start with the easy stuff. Approaching. You will fuck it up the first few times. That's fine. Get in the habit of approaching people everywhere, guys and girls. Don't even try to hit on them, just have conversations with random people. This will get you comfortable with approaching people the fastest. When in doubt over what to say, remember that you've already got one thing in common: you're in the same place. Find something and run with it. After you talk to a whole bunch of random people, girls will be easy. Keep approaching until it's easy.

The second, more complicated thing you need to deal with is your living situation. Figure out if pulling girls home is an issue with your parents, or an issue with girls. If your parents won't know/don't care, don't even worry about it. You're 21, most chicks still live with their parents anyways. If they want to bang you, they won't care. However, it sounds like your issue is the latter. Find some friends, move into an apartment somewhere. If you don't have any money, get a job. You're 21 years old and live in the 'land of opportunity'. Even minimum wage jobs can afford you an apartment. Either way, make sure you have a game plan to get out of the house.

You're aware of all your problems. That's the hard part. Now here's the easy part: Fix 'em.
