For "We're moving too fast" I agree and amplify saying "I think I can pencil you in at the end of [two months from now]".
Last time I used it was after a first date. We got a cab back to hers. I'd been doing well but hadn't kissed yet.
Outside her place I moved in for the kiss. She didn't object but she was apprehensive. I say "let's head upstairs" - she goes "I want to take things slow. I've been hurt in the past." She was ready to send me packing.
