I will write a post like that when i leave South America in half a year.
For now south America has nothing on ease of getting laid in South east Asia.
Especially the Philippines which was a pick up paradise. I went there twice and the last time was 2 months and i got laid with 11 girls including my regular girlfriend there for two weeks. And that was without much trying and having AA ( which i conquered now)

I'm thinking of relocating to the Phils next year, depends on my money flow ( which will be zero when i return)

South East asia is way cheaper also.
