I have never seen a real 9 from Sweden, but they are fun to be with once you penetrate their viking circle of friends.
Regarding SE as a place where darker skinned guys can succeed is just to a point. My best friend is swedish and we shared a house in The Netherlands while studying, he told me and later I found out, that swedish women do find mediterranean men attractive (specially italians and some spanish) but since Sweden had become so cosmopolitan since the 60s with a lot of turkish, greek and chilean inmigration, chances for slightly darker dudes have reduced in recent decades, because they are no longer exotic.
