As I motorcycle commuter for well over five years, I feel your pain. I ride with full kit - armored everything except for trousers. I've had several contract gigs over the years where jeans were not allowed. So, I kept my business clothes (except the shirt) at the office and changed when I got to work. However, the jacket part I didn't have to deal with. Perhaps you might do a search for "how to fold/roll and business jacket with wrinkling it."
