Germany and Hungary have a very open minded attitude towards sex. It seems like most of the porn coming from Europe is either English, German or Hungarian and maybe some Czech as well. I sometimes meet German au pairs here in the US and the first thing they want to do get into bed. I am not sure why but I guess its just in there blood.

It seems like Australia is a good place to go, probably one of the last places to go..it's a little too isolated for me, and I've heard some mentioning of England.
I am not a huge fan of South American girls except maybe some lighter skinned girls, like in Brazilian or Colombian.
Obviously, Thailand and the Philippines are revered as top ONS cities but its more pay for play scene there.
