Meh, I really love working out my legs. I do a set of front squats, dead lifts, and then rear squats.

If I don't work out my legs, I feel weird. The "taxing" effect on the CNS feels sooo good. A good leg workout makes me feel amazing.

Squats and deadlifts seem to power other lifts of mine. I feel stronger, so that is why I do it.

I look at a work out routine as a multifaceted endeavor. Do you want to be skinny, big, well rounded athletic? What are your goals?

Adjust accordingly once you answer that question.
