If you read this thread, some guys had concluded earlier in the thread that they felt that responding to ads would be a bit of a waste of time b/c potentially a guy may be competing with a bunch of other guys who are also responding to the ad... and therefore it may be a little bit harder to distinguish oneself... though maybe NOT impossible... or another downside that was discuss was that guys may find that the girl who posts her own ad is already riding the cock carousel, and therefore is NOT really the kind of girl that he is seeking... hm?

Since you are fairly new to RVF, you may want to describe yourself and your approach to game and to provide a bit of a description of your life experiences and how that may play into your approach in responding to craigslist ads.... I also understand that SF can be a tough town, but NOT necessarily impossible to game.

Sorry, just getting around to replying to this. Last minute graduation schoolwork and such.

Anyway what I've seen from replying is that 80%+ of the time you aren't getting a reply. I target anything that sounds like a decent prospect and doesn't sound fake in the sections (MW4M, W4M)
The other times that you do get a reply:
> half of the time they flake
> Host in some SEEDY area
> Try and charge you/stick the hotel bill on you before meeting up
> change their mind halfway (i.e. send nudes/numbers but chicken out),
> have some weird fetish they want to scratch
> WAY uglier than the pictures suggested (i.e. a fat girl taking selfies laying down on her bed to hide the gut and such, not showing face pics but expect you to show yours, etc. )
> Have questionable hygiene/habits/activities (some girl tried to hit me up for crystal meth )
> Gay guys trying to play bait and switch on you, like that one threesome method that was posted here. Some will even outright try to pay you/ beg you for the priviledge.
> Hookers/broke hos looking for "roses"


That's all of it, I think...Moving on. It's like OkCupid on crack, and filled with some serious lowlifes. I really don't even want to know who replies to the ads if the people posting are this seedy. Yeech.

All that aside I've had some interesting experiences:

Your post would be wiped out in an hour tops, and even faster on the weekends.

The other stuff I'll post on the introduction thread I've seen around here. So far this board is cool/helpful. Problem is I don't get much opportunity to game for new prospects!
