The guys I've known that were/are cheating on their girlfriends the most, definitely do not list their relationship status on facebook. Some even set their stuff to not let anyone post on their wall, not for fear of another girl finding out about their girl, but for their girl finding out about these other girls.
After I finished my last relationship (3.5 years) I decided that I'd never be in another relationship again in which I did not sleep around.
