In essence, the less traveled a place is suggest that "hot" girls are going to flock out of there, rather than flocking into there.... in other words, probably the hottest of the Zamboanga girls are NOT staying there (and they are likely going to Cebu and/or Manila) - of course, there will be exceptions, but I would NOT expect any "hot" pussy paradise in Zamboanga - therefore, it would be good to receive some kind of first hand report(s), especially if my hypothesis were to be inaccurate.... on the ground facts are much better than hypotheses.
