Agreed. I'm not vested in any of his decisions because I already have my own issues & goals to deal with. Just an observation my peers and I had.

After university or some formal schooling, entry level work experience, networking outside of your immediate social circles, and hopefully some traveling, it's also important get a good feel for what they dislike in their mid-late 20's so that they can make the next big step in their lives. That's why I'm a big advocate of not going to graduate school right after an undergrad (especially an MBA) because that person is going to have less of a foundation to build off of.
