For western girls, any opportunity to coyly remind them that they're merely another potential slampiece in your life is a feature, not a bug.
However, when I was in Vietnam, I thought this (girls seeing other girls' numbers/texts pop up in your phone) would be overkill, so what I did was add a prefix in front of every girl's name stored in my phone.
So it would say "XYZ Le Thao Random Sloot Nguyen" in my phonebook, whether in the contacts list or when a text popped up.
If/when a girl asks you what "XYZ" means, just say it's the abbreviation or the stock ticker of the company you work for, and those correspond to your colleagues.
