If you were born and grew up in America, you will understand and be able to relate to American women better. For example, that model I wrote about here http://www.rooshvforum.network/thread-28172.html This girl loves football, she talks about it all the time, want to watch the games etc. I don't know anything about football because I didn't grow up here. I also don't watch TV, she's got all these shows she watches and talks about, that I have no idea about. It really comes down to you and your personality. I don't fit into American culture so relating to the women is so much more difficult. I can relate to a non-English speaking European or South American girl better than I can to an American girl. So while Miami may be more difficult than other cities, for me, this is a US problem. Also, to me, even the attractive American girls I find unattractive because they are just so masculine. They may dress sexy but everything else about them is masculine.
I don't think the reason you find American women unappealing is a cultural one. A lot of the guys on this forum are men who have lived in America pretty much their entire lives but have complaints similar to yours. At a deeper, instinctual level, I think all men find the big attitudes, big egos, and cold masculinity of American women unappealing because it isn't feminine. A couple generations of social conditioning isn't going to undo what our hindbrains have responded to for thousands of years.
Regarding the excessive talk about television shows, that's why I made a point of addressing how isolating it is in my previous post. All the women I know are keeping tabs on tons of garbage television that I've never even heard of. When I asked myself where they're getting the time to do all of this, that's when I realized they're spending a vast majority of their free time just being on their asses in front of the TV. Marketers in American have long known that women consume more television than men and that's why advertising caters to them so much. I'm sure one of the reasons it's difficult for guys to meet women here is the sheer amount of time they spend isolated watching TV instead of going out and doing things that put them in proximity to men.
