It doesn't apply to all women, but on a general level, race definitely plays a role. Talk to a woman of any race about guys from other races and they'll admit to having a preference or not for certain races. You can even see how they act different around men of different races. If you don't think a white woman notices that a black guy who is macking on them is black or that a black woman takes into account a white boy's ethnicity, you are missing something.
To further solidify the point, do you notice a woman's ethnicity? If not now, did you used to before you had a lot of experience with those types of girls?

It makes a difference, but there's a little too much naval gazing on this issue across the board.
There's also a lot of racial double-standards and lack of self-awareness going on. But that wouldn't be an issue if people stopped harping on the subject in general.
At the end of the day, we're not going to change our racial background or alter girls racial preferences. Guys should focus on maximizing their potential.
The differences in terms of game between the races strike me as razor thin. The outcomes are different, but these are largely out of our control. In the same sense, there's no use coming up with short guy and tall guy game, for the most part.
