Eskimo-3 Liquid Fish Oil
This is by far the best fish oil out there.
What happens to lower quality fish oils that are unstable is that the fats get rancid. This is why bad fish oils "repeat" and have a fishy aftertaste. Not so with Eskimo-3, which is incredibly stable (that's why they use it in clinical studies). Also, the liquid form is much, much better than softgels.
1 teaspoon of this a day is all you need.
Is it better than this one? http://www.amazon.com/Carlson-Laboratori...n+fish+oil Carlsons?
I should have bought it online.
It was more expensive at Whole Foods.
